Siddarth Shankar currently holds the position of Specialist at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited since May 2022, having previously worked as an Associate at the same company. Experience includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant at VRIZE from June 2021 to May 2022, and a brief role as a Psychology Trainee at Heart It Out in August 2021, where Siddarth participated in counselling sessions and contributed to mental health literature by writing over 20 articles for Practo and Quora. An internship at LUDIFU in February 2021 involved delivering video-based learning assignments on various HR topics, and an earlier internship at IRC included documentation for Unique ID applications for individuals with disabilities and engagement in event activities.
