Neha Razdan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as a Manager at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited since July 2024, Neha previously held positions such as Senior Specialist Legal and Legal Specialist at The D. E. Shaw Group from May 2021 to July 2024. Prior to this, Neha worked as Associate Lead Legal and Senior Analyst - Legal and Compliance at Microland Limited between November 2018 and April 2021. Neha's early career included internship experiences at DHL Express, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and Nomura, among others. Neha holds a Bachelor of Law (BA, LLB (H)) with a focus on Business Law from Amity University, complemented by a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the Indian Society of International Law.
