Tomáš Kalivoda currently serves as Chief Sales Officer at Mild Blue, focusing on digitalizing healthcare to enhance interoperability and reduce administrative burdens. Simultaneously, Tomáš is an Incubation Manager at CzechInvest, managing the incubation process for four startups to meet defined innovation and business goals. As Director of the Institut pro efektivní veřejnou správu, Tomáš promotes best practices in the optimization of public institution processes through educational activities and independent publications. Previous roles include Director's advisor at the Real Estate Management Agency for the Ministry of Defence, CEO of CALL, spol. s r.o., and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Správa zbytkového majetku MČ Praha 3, where Tomáš successfully led the company through a transformation phase. Tomáš holds a Bachelor's degree in Finances from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague and has an International Baccalaureate from The English College in Prague.
