Austin Truong started their work experience as a Technical Recruiter/Business Development at Robert Half in January 2014 and ended in March 2015. From May 2015 to December 2016, Austin worked as a Corporate/Technical Recruiter at ECS Federal, LLC. Austin then joined ERPi in January 2017 as a Corporate/Technical Recruiter and stayed until July 2017. Austin then moved to Inova Health System in July 2017 and served as a Senior Corporate/Technical Recruiter until May 2020. From May 2020 to December 2021, they worked at Acuity, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Currently, Austin holds the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Cyware, starting from December 2021.

Austin Truong, CDR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations from George Mason University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold various certifications including "Certified Diversity Recruiter" from AIRS, obtained in August 2016, and several certifications in areas such as work-life balance, effective team membership, stress management, productivity, well-being, time management, and working remotely. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in April 2020.
