Milton Ruiz is an experienced quality systems professional with a strong background in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Quality System at CytomX Therapeutics, Milton oversees the validation and management of enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS). Previously, Milton held leadership roles at Portola Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included the implementation of a CFR Part 11 validated electronic document management system and the management of Quality Systems. Additional experience includes roles at Thoratec, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Autodesk, Gilead Sciences, and Genentech, demonstrating expertise in LMS administration, training program development, and quality management system processes. Milton Ruiz holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Golden Gate University and a BA in Life Science from San Francisco State University.
