Wajahat Mohd began their work experience in 2012 as a Statistical Programmer at PAREXEL INTERNATIONAL CLINICAL RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2013, they joined Cognizant as an Analyst SAS Programmer and held this role until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Wajahat Mohd worked at DOCS as a Senior Statistical Programmer II. Currently, they are employed at Cytel as a Principal Statistical Programmer.

Wajahat Mohd completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, spanning from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a PG Diploma in Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education for the academic year 2010 to 2011.
