Erika Daly has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Erika is currently working at Cytel as the Senior Director of Portfolio Leadership. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director and Research Principal, Strategic Consulting at Cytel from September 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Cytel, Erika worked at ICON Clinical Research for over 16 years in various roles. Their last position at ICON was as Director of Biostatistics from April 2016 to August 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager and Manager in the Biostatistics department. Erika started their career at ICON as a Statistician I.

Erika has also been actively involved in professional organizations. Erika served as a committee member at PSI (Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry Ltd) and held positions in the Regulatory Affairs and Scientific & Conference Committees from November 2015 to present.

Erika Daly obtained their Ph.D. in Statistics from University College Dublin, completing their studies from 2005 to 2011.
