Petros Charalambous has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at CYTA since July 1991, where roles have included Consumer Marketing Director, Head of Product Management, and Product Manager for Mobile Internet and M2M. Petros has been instrumental in the commercial introduction of significant products such as Vodafone Live!, Vodafone Mobile Connect, and BlackBerry. Prior to CYTA, Petros worked as a Telecommunications Engineer at Scandia Telecom, focusing on sales and technical support for PABXs and office equipment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from European University Cyprus and a Diploma of Technician Engineer in Electrical Engineering from Higher Technical Institute - Nicosia.
