Andreas Neocleous is the Chief Executive Officer of CYTA, the leading provider of integrated electronic communications in Cyprus, since January 2019. Previously, Andreas founded and served as CEO of Xperology, providing consulting services in strategy and customer experience, and held the position of Director of Business Services at Demstar Business Solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director of IBSCY Ltd, Director of MTN Business and Customer Experience at MTN Cyprus, and Senior Account Manager at Ericsson. Andreas began a career in finance as a Senior Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs, following early roles such as Sales Consultant at Advent Software. Education includes a PhD in Telecommunications and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London.
