Gretchen Rohleder currently serves as the Associate Executive Director and previously held the position of Senior Development Director at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since November 2013. Prior experience includes work as the Senior Financial Development Officer for Camping Services at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, where responsibilities involved managing annual funds for multiple camps and leading alumni networks. Earlier roles include Development Director at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where budget management and strategic fundraising initiatives were key achievements. Gretchen began their career as an Environmental Educator at YMCA Camp Hanes, teaching outdoor education, and gained research experience as an Assistant to the Director of Development Research at Elon University's Institutional Advancement. Education culminated in a BA in Corporate Communications from Elon University.
