Todd House currently serves as the Senior Director of Global External Affairs at CyrusOne since October 2022. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Manager of Economic Development Policy at WGL from February 2015 to October 2022, where responsibilities included integrating public policy, marketing, regulatory, and sustainability functions to support the company's growth. Todd's earlier experience involves serving as Manager of Government Affairs at Micron Technology, where representation to Virginia governmental bodies and business organizations was key, and Director of Government Affairs at MAXIMUS, where Todd contributed to establishing the government affairs function. Additionally, Todd worked as a Government Affairs Representative at Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States. Academically, Todd holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from George Mason University.
