Biplab Lenin is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and life sciences, currently serving as a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas since January 2016, advising on a range of legal matters including drugs, medical devices, and regulatory compliance. Biplab has held various positions such as Principal Associate and Senior Associate, and contributed to ICC India’s Working Group on Intellectual Property. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Manager and Assistant Manager in the legal department at Mahyco, and assisting with diverse legal tasks in firms like Desai & Diwanji, Kamath & Kamath Advocates, and Universal Legal. Biplab holds an LL.B. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.Tech. in Industrial Biotechnology from Bharath University, complemented by a strong educational foundation in science from Sainik School Bhubaneswar.
