Heidi Koch has worked in the media industry since 1999. Heidi started their career at Marcus Thomas LLC as a Media Supervisor in 1999. In 2001, they moved to Liggett Stashower as an Associate Media Director. In 2007, they returned to Cyrid Media as an Associate Media Director. In 2017, they joined Cooper-Smith Advertising as a Senior Media Buyer. In 2019, they became an Independent Media Consultant. Currently, they are the Media Director at Cyrid Media.

Heidi Koch earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media and Interpersonal Communication from Cleveland State University, Suma Cum Laude.
