Fae Mira Gerlach boasts extensive experience in social work, community support, and project management, currently serving as a Grant Manager for Turn2us since October 2023. Fae co-founded and co-chairs the Edinburgh Refugee Sponsorship Circle, managing projects that support refugee initiatives since June 2020. As a Senior Keyworker at Cyrenians, Fae provides crucial support for unaccompanied minors. Previous roles include leadership positions at SCOREscotland, Refugee Rights Europe, and the Scottish Refugee Council, showcasing a dedication to advancing the wellbeing and integration of marginalized communities.
