Caleb Dunn has over 15 years of experience in the medical and technical support fields. Since January 2015, Caleb has served as Regional Service Manager and previously as Technical Support Specialist at Cynosure, Inc. Prior experience includes a tenure with the US Army from November 2003 to January 2017 as a Biomedical Equipment Technician, where responsibilities included troubleshooting medical equipment and conducting maintenance. Additionally, from August 2005 to December 2012, Caleb worked at Maine Centers for Healthcare in multifaceted roles as a Medical Assistant and various technician positions, supporting cardiovascular and neurology diagnostics. Caleb holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Maine Community College, as well as certificates in Biomedical Equipment Technician and Surgical Technology from Medical Training and Education Campus.
