Joanna Hall is an accomplished professional in customer success and client solutions with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success for South EMEA & DACH at Cyncly since October 2023, Joanna has previously held senior roles at Sprinklr, including Group Director for Central Europe and Regional Director roles, where leadership and transformation of customer success teams were key responsibilities. Prior experience at LinkedIn as Head of Client Solutions for Asia and various roles in Marketing Solutions laid a strong foundation in strategic client management and marketing strategies.
