Niels van den Berg is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as Logistics Manager for EMEA/NAO at Cymer since March 2009, overseeing a team of four and managing day-to-day operations, policy setting, KPI creation, employee development, recruitment, training, cost control, and compliance with import/export regulations. Prior to this role, Niels held positions as Sr. Logistics Specialist and Logistics Specialist at Cymer, responsible for leading regional customer accounts in the EMEA region. Niels began their career at ASML as a Material Controller, managing logistics for 25 suppliers. Niels holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Operations Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
