Eva Breitenbach has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Eva currently serves as the Head of HR at cylib since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant I Enterprise Transformation - Employee Experience & HR at Capgemini Invent from January 2023 to May 2023. Eva has also held the position of HR Business Partner at Accenture from September 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Accenture, they worked as an HR Business Partner and Recruiting Specialist at umlaut company from August 2021 to August 2022 and from April 2019 to July 2021, respectively. Eva also served as a Social Media Manager at the Industrie 4.0 Maturity Center auf dem RWTH Aachen Campus from November 2017 to February 2018.

Eva's earlier work experience includes roles as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft Personalakquise and Studentische Hilfskraft Personalakquise at FIR - Research Institute for Operations Management from November 2017 to February 2018, and from October 2015 to October 2017, respectively. Eva also worked as a Praktikantin Personalentwicklung at Zentis from January 2017 to June 2017 and as a Praktikantin Personal und HR at Lindt & Sprüngli from June 2014 to December 2014. Eva's initial work experience includes roles as a Studentische Hilfskraft Qualitätsmanagement and Studentische Hilfskraft Personalentwicklung at FIR - Research Institute for Operations Management from April 2013 to December 2013 and from July 2011 to March 2013, respectively.

Eva Breitenbach completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Betriebspädagogik & Wissenspsychologie and a minor in Sprach- & Kommunikationswissenschaft from RWTH Aachen University. Eva pursued their undergraduate studies from 2010 to 2013.

Afterwards, Eva attended RWTH Aachen University again from 2013 to 2017, where they earned their Master of Arts degree in Bildungs- und Wissensmanagement & Sprach- und Kommunikationswissenschaft.

In addition to their studies at RWTH Aachen University, Eva also had a brief study experience at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth in 2014. Although the specific degree they pursued during that time is not provided, their field of study was Soziale Psychologie.
