Daniel Dietz's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Daniel is currently the Head of Finance at cylib GmbH since July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Founder & Managing Director at ondeo UG starting from December 2022.

From January 2022 to July 2023, Daniel worked as a Consultant Finance and Risk Transfer at FlexFactory GmbH by MHP | Munich RE | Porsche. In this role, they were responsible for building and maintaining a strong network with investors, financial modeling and structuring projects, and elaborating on accounting implications of proposed structures.

Before joining FlexFactory GmbH, Daniel Dietz worked at Deutsche Bank. Their roles at Deutsche Bank included Business Development Corporate Bank from February 2021 to January 2022, Government & Regulatory Advocacy from August 2020 to February 2021, Relationship Manager Corporate Clients from September 2018 to July 2020, Talent Program from August 2017 to August 2018, and Apprentice from August 2015 to July 2017.

Daniel Dietz attended Dag - Hammarsjköld - Gymnasium from 2005 to 2013, where they obtained their Abitur. From 2017 to 2021, they studied at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Finance. Additionally, in January 2023, Daniel obtained the certification of CFA Level I from the CFA Institute.
