Mahantesh CN possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Head of Strategic TA Initiatives at Cyient. Previous roles include Senior Director of TA at Capgemini Engineering, Head of Global Recruitment for Engineering and IoT at Tech Mahindra, and leadership positions in talent acquisition at Lapp India Pvt. Ltd. and KPIT. Mahantesh CN is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Management and Services at GLA University, having previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law with a focus on Labor Law and Cybersecurity from Karnataka State Law University.
