Urban Jansson has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications and financial sectors. Since January 2010, Urban has held various leadership roles at Telia Cygate, including Business Manager for Partner Service Portfolio & Customer Experience, Head of Customer Experience for Software & Service, and Head of Sales for the West region. Prior to this, from October 1997 to December 2009, Urban served as a Senior Account Manager in Financial Business at TeliaSonera Finans AB.
