Natasa Kafkalia has a background in economics and human resource management. They have held roles in various organizations, including as an HR Officer at CYENS Centre of Excellence and The Cyprus Institute. Natasa also has experience working as a Financials and Communication Associate and a Research Associate. They pursued their Master of Science in Human Resource Management with CIPD pathway at the University of Birmingham after completing their Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Cyprus and Università degli Studi di Siena.
