Norbert W. has had a varied and extensive work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Medical Devices Service Engineer at Agfa Healthcare. In 2009, they moved to European Medical Distribution s.r.o. as an Application/Implementation Specialist. From 2011 to 2014, Norbert worked at ResQmed sp z. o.o. as a Senior Application/Implementation Specialist/Project Manager. In 2014, they became the CEO/SysOp/DevOp at Medware Studio sp. z o.o., where they were responsible for gathering requirements for healthcare imaging quality assurance, looking after proper system development from office perspective, keeping good relations with potential customers, taking care of overall company administration matters, and maintaining company servers based on Linux, VMWare ESX. Since 2016, Norbert has been a Software Medical Systems Developer at Cydar Ltd. In addition, they have also been an IT Consultant/Owner at HIMIT Norbert Wasilewski since 2004, where they have been a PACS/RIS/HIS systems integration consultant, a data migration consultant between legacy RIS/PACS systems, a healthcare quality assurance consultant, a software and hardware solutions consultant for healthcare customers, a SysOp/DevOp and disaster recovery specialist for a large printing industry software supplier based on VMware/Linux servers, and an Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL manager.

Norbert W. attended Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki Stosowanej i Zarządzania WIT w Warszawie from 1999 to 2004 and obtained an IT Engineer degree in the field of Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
