ROHIT MENGU has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Trainee at Hi Tensile Spring Industry. Here, they worked on various spring designs and material optimization. In 2017, they interned at Ranneeti, where they focused on increasing voter awareness and maintaining distribution records. ROHIT also worked as a Business Development Intern at Om Tubes & Fittings Industries, where they aimed to increase e-commerce sales. In 2019, ROHIT joined Vskills - India's Largest Certification Body as a Research Analyst Intern, conducting research for system upgrades. Later that year, they worked at NIPL STEEL as a Data Analytics & Marketing professional, analyzing past data and identifying behavioral patterns. Currently, ROHIT is an Analyst at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc.

ROHIT MENGU completed their education at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include an Executive Certificate Program in Business Analytics from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in October 2022, a certification in GIS for Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in June 2021, and The Red Brick Summit-Merkle certification from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in March 2020. ROHIT has also obtained certifications in Gokart Design Challenge from ISNEE MOTORSPORTS in March 2015 and Google Analytics from Google in May 2019. Additionally, they have participated in various events and competitions such as IIM Bangalore's VISTA, the International GoKart Championship at Lovely Professional University, Lean Six Sigma from Eduonix Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, the National GoKart Championship organized by ISNEE, the National Kart Racing Championship by NKRC, SAE INDIA BAJA by Mahindra Rise, SAE NIS EFFICYCLE by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, and Sportshark by the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. ROHIT has also completed The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google.
