Richard Yun serves as the VP of Global Information Security (CISO) at Masimo since April 2018 and is a member of the CISO Governing Body for Evanta, a Gartner Company, where collaboration and knowledge-sharing among CISOs is emphasized. Richard is also an executive member of the CyberEdBoard Community. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Information Security at Hyundai Capital America, Chief Information Security Officer at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, and Principal Consultant in IT Security, Privacy, and Risk at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Richard's early career included roles in information security and network design at Toyota, BT, Hughes Space and Communications, and Honda R&D Americas. Richard holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Richard possesses certifications including C|CISO, CISSP, and CCSK.
