Michelle Downey currently serves as a member of SDR Leaders of EMEA since March 2024 and has held the position of SDR Manager at CyberArk since April 2021, where responsibilities include training SDR team members, improving performance through coaching, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams for opportunity management. Prior to CyberArk, Michelle was a Team Lead and Team Manager in Sales Business Development at VMware from February 2019 to May 2021, focusing on recruitment and project management. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Business Development Manager at Secureworks from August 2017 to February 2019. Educational background includes degrees from Liverpool John Moores University and attendance at King David High School in Liverpool.
