Raz Nitzan is an experienced technology executive with significant expertise in research and development, engineering, and mentoring. Currently serving as a Student Mentor at the Cyber Education Center since September 2019, Raz has held key leadership positions in various organizations, including Vice President of R&D at Exaware and Senior Vice President of Global R&D at Paradigm. Previous roles also include Vice President of Advanced Support & Customization and Vice President of R&D at NICE Systems, as well as Vice President of Engineering for Application Performance Management at Symantec Corporation. Raz's extensive background in R&D operations was further established during tenure at BMC Software, where roles included Vice President of R&D Operations and Vice President & General Manager of Identity Management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
