Michael began his career in the aerospace industry with Harris Corporation as a financial analyst where he exceled at budgeting, forecasting and cost proposals. He progressed into business operations management for Harris’ IT and technical services division supporting agencies across the defense and federal civilian agencies.

He subsequently joined L3 Technologies as a Business Unit Controller and transitioned his financial expertise into both Program Management and Corporate Development roles. Michael met CDT’s co-founders while at L3 and became the initial member of CDT’s Board of Advisors. L3 selected Michael to be an Industry Fellow at the National Defense University’s Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy as well as support the Engility spin-off following graduation. As part of Engility’s executive leadership team, Michael helped integrate multiple businesses and acquisitions to transform the company and became the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Federal Civilian portfolio. Michael later applied his experiences increasing operational and fiscal discipline from Engility to Sevatec as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and received his Master degree from the National Defense University’s Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
