Einav Ben Dror is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Cybellum since June 2021. Prior to this role, Einav held positions at iTalent as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner, utilizing innovative recruitment methods and AI tools to attract talent for startups and the high-tech sector from June 2019 to June 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Production Manager at Keshet TV from October 2018 to May 2019, overseeing morning news production. Einav's early career involved distinguished service in the Israeli Air Force from January 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities included roles as a Combat Soldier, Commander, and Officer in weapon systems such as the Iron Dome and Patriot. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting & Development from Bar-Ilan University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2015-2018).
