Concurrently, Robert holds the position of Commissioner for the Harris County Emergency Services District #9, contributing to emergency services governance. Robert's earlier experience encompasses founding VOC Radio, and serving as President and Managing Director at Norhill Gardner, amongst other executive positions in marketing, sales, and business development across various industries.
