Kelly Bonsel is a seasoned professional with 24 years of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Senior Strategic Account Executive at CXtec since April 1999. Specializing in sustainability through the LifeCycle Management program, Kelly has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering long-term client relationships centered on customer satisfaction. Prior to CXtec, Kelly held the position of Corporate Relations Associate at the American Heart Association, where responsibilities included recruiting volunteers for fundraising campaigns, and began a career as a Pre-Press Technician at the Observer-Dispatch Newspaper. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an Associate's degree in Media, Marketing, and Management from Mohawk Valley Community College.
