Daniel Lapp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder of CXFacts since April 2021, Daniel leads the development of a B2B customer experience platform that enhances business-client collaboration through actionable insights. Previously, as Head of Trade Finance and Senior Vice President at Sydbank, Daniel managed the Trade Finance department, significantly improving client satisfaction by 55% through the implementation of an online system. Daniel also contributed to international trade discussions as a member of ICC Danmark and drove a 350% revenue increase while heading the business development department at European Wood Corporation ApS. Earlier positions include Logistic & IT Manager at DSHwood A/S, where Daniel led logistics and digital transformation initiatives, and a conscripted role at Forsvaret.
