Oleg Shkolnikov currently serves as the Core Team Lead at CWT since October 2022. Previously, Oleg held the position of Team Lead at Exelerate from January 2022 to October 2022, where a Traffic Control System was developed to prioritize public transportation and reduce traffic-related carbon emissions, impacting 30% of traffic lighted intersections in Israel. Prior experience includes working as a Core Team Lead at fabriik from 2020 to 2021, contributing to a seamless crypto trading platform built on blockchain technology, and as a Backend Java Developer at Betc.io in 2019-2020, focusing on a Bitcoin spread betting application. Oleg also has experience as a Full Stack Java Developer at JavaOps from 2015 to 2018, working on an enterprise application for calorie counting. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kryvyi Rih National University and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the same institution, along with education from IT STEP Computer Academy Dnepropetrovsk.
