Jan Lubar has extensive experience in risk management, serving as Senior Director of Risk Management at Carlson Companies since 1984 and currently holding a retired status at CWT since July 2021. Jan Lubar earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Arizona State University between 1978 and 1980, following a Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University from 1974 to 1978.
