Joseph Kopplin is a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at CWIE since April 2020, specializing in test plan preparation and automation tools like Jenkins, while also facilitating communication and coordination with an overseas team in Serbia. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Radio Frequency Designer at Communication Technology Services, LLC, where skills in iBWave and 3D modeling were developed. As a Web Development Intern at HFE International, Joseph focused on website updates using WordPress and programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, while managing social media accounts and optimizing customer order forms. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Arizona, earned in 2019.
