Alicia G. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and community association consulting. Since May 2007, Alicia has served as Director of New Development & Services at CWD Group, Inc., specializing in development consulting for a range of commercial condominium and HOA developers in Washington. Alicia's responsibilities include budget development, reviewing governing documents, and creating policies for community associations. Previously, as Owner of AMG Property Management, Alicia managed a large community, overseeing a staff of over 40 and directing significant capital projects. Additionally, Alicia has served as Community Association Manager for more than 25 communities in the Greater Seattle area. Alicia possesses educational credentials from Western Washington University, Shoreline Community College, and Yakima Valley College.
