Rich Menti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and real estate. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at Columbia Pacific Advisors, LLC since October 2014, Rich also owns Windermere Real Estate/South Inc. since September 1995. Additionally, Rich holds partnership roles at CW Title, formerly Commonwealth Title Company, and Windermere Mortgage, in partnership with Homestreet Bank. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Meriwether Partners from March 2012 to September 2014, and contributions to the Board of Directors for both the Washington Association of Realtors and the Seattle King County Association of Realtors. Rich was also a partner at Main Street Escrow from 2005 to 2010. Educational background includes a degree in Speech and Communications from the University of Washington, attained between 1990 and 1994.
