Syed Abbas, PMP®, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Technology Solutions at CVS Health, where since March 2015, oversight of multiple scrum teams has led to the successful development and launch of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud applications focusing on Individual and Medicare markets, utilizing SAFe methodology and integrating with various systems. Prior to this role, Syed Abbas held the position of Director of Sales & Commissions Development at Aetna from June 1996 to March 2015, managing an application development team responsible for broker commissions and sales CRM systems. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Software Engineer at Independence Blue Cross and Ohio Automation Inc, focusing on corporate imaging systems and SQL-based simulation products, respectively. Syed Abbas holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
