Ritesh Pal has extensive experience in the data and analytics field, currently serving as Executive Director of Data & Analytics Engineering and Retail Data Strategy at CVS Health since May 2016. Prior roles at CVS Health include Lead Director of Retail Pharmacy Data & Cloud Strategy and Director of Retail Data & Cloud Management. Before CVS Health, Ritesh Pal worked at Infosys from December 2000 to April 2016 as a Senior Principal Architect and at HCL Technologies from October 1997 to December 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer. Ritesh Pal holds an Executive Program in Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management (2022-2023) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the National Institute of Technology Raipur (1993-1997).
