Rebecca Boyalapalli is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in population health management and accountable care organization practice improvement. Currently serving as a Population Health Manager at Signify Health since November 2021, and as a Senior ACO Practice Improvement Manager at Caravan Health since January 2019, Rebecca has successfully collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to drive operational improvements and implement value-based payment systems. Previous roles include Interoperability Specialist, where Rebecca supported MIPS reporting and Promoting Interoperability initiatives, and Information Services Intern at Baylor Scott & White Health, where hands-on experience with Epic applications was gained. Rebecca holds degrees in Health Informatics and Business Foundations from Texas McCombs School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
