Heidi Capozzi is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the EVP and Chief People Officer at CVS Health. Previously, Heidi held the position of EVP and Global Chief People Officer at McDonald's, and served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Boeing, where responsibilities included leadership talent management and organization effectiveness. Additional roles at Boeing included Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Prior to Boeing, Heidi was the VP of Internal Services and Human Resources at Insitu Inc, and held key positions at Northrop Grumman, including Director of Compensation and Human Resources Manager. Heidi Capozzi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and East Asian Studies from Oberlin College and a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations/Human Resources from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
