Dalia Rinaldi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce evolution and colleague engagement, currently serving as Lead Director for Retail Colleague Insights at CVS Health since June 2018. In this role, Dalia leads a team focused on transforming the retail people platform and culture, while overseeing a portfolio of listening channels for 180,000 frontline colleagues. Dalia previously held positions at CVS Health as Senior Manager of Retail Colleague Experience and Advisor for Pharmacy Operations. Dalia's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in co-founding embodie, a mobile health app for chronic cancer pain patients.
