Matt Hanegan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in fixed and rotating equipment management, project management, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Fixed Equipment Engineer at CVR Energy, Inc. since 2013, Matt oversees all fixed equipment within the plant and has expertise in routine maintenance and turnaround (TAR) processes. Previously, as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, Matt managed pump reliability and developed a comprehensive performance management system. In an earlier role as Senior Project Manager, Matt successfully managed over $32 million in capital projects. Prior experience includes positions at BP, where Matt worked as a Financial and Performance Analyst, forecasting and analyzing significant revenue metrics. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
