Rhonda Rochon Smith currently serves as the Assistant to the Health Services Director at Contra Costa County and has held various roles at the CVNL Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership since October 2019, including Program Manager and Program Coordinator for Solano Volunteers. Additionally, Rhonda is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Diablo Valley College, focusing on cooperative work experience programs. Previously, Rhonda managed the health services volunteer program at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center & Health Centers and held positions such as Executive Recruiter and Manager of Family Economic Success Programs. Rhonda's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a MAED in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix, an MPA in Administrative Organization & Management from Golden Gate University, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
