Megan Fitzgerald is an experienced educator currently serving as a CTE Instructional Specialist and AVID Teacher/CTE Lead at Charlottesville City Schools since August 2017, where responsibilities include teaching AVID/CTE collaboration courses for 9th and 10th grades and a section of the AVID 11 elective. Prior to this role, Megan served as a Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Waynesboro Public Schools from August 2011 to June 2017, teaching grades 6-8. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Bridgewater College and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from James Madison University.
