Coiya Tompkins Inman, MBA, CFRE, serves as the President and CEO of the Community Violence Intervention Center since July 2019, leading an 80-member team and managing a nearly $7 million annual budget while focusing on leadership and financial health. Prior experience includes serving as Development Director at Jeremiah Program Fargo-Moorhead, where Coiya developed fundraising strategies for a $1 million budget, and as Partner/Vice President at Western Agency, Inc., overseeing operations for an insurance agency. Earlier roles include Vice President of Corporate Communications at Sun Health/Banner Health, Marketing Director at Sierra Medical Center, Public Relations Director at Banner Health, and Communications Manager at BankFirst. Coiya holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University.
