Natasha Maas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and consulting roles. Currently serving as Director at CVC Capital Partners since March 2020, Natasha previously held positions as Investment Director and Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital from June 2018 to March 2020. Prior experience includes an Investment Banking Summer Associate role at Goldman Sachs in 2017 and consulting positions at The Boston Consulting Group from 2013 to 2016. Natasha's academic background features an MBA and Master’s Degree in International Relations from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, respectively, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Delft University of Technology. Additional earlier roles include research and teaching assistance at MIT and internships focused on research and management in engineering fields.
