Heidi Nicholas has extensive experience in enrollment management and student affairs, currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Recruitment Retention and Enrollment Operations at Cuyahoga Community College since July 2011. In this capacity, Heidi utilizes strategic enrollment strategies to enhance student enrollment, retention, and completion across four campuses. Previous roles at Cuyahoga include Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Operations, District Director of Enrollment Management, and various positions focusing on student success and advising. Prior to Cuyahoga, Heidi held admissions roles at Bryant & Stratton College and ITT Technical Institute, as well as a High School Admissions Representative position at the National Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from Ferris State University and a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University.
