Yuseff Cherney is the Founder of Cutwater Spirits and has extensive experience in the brewing industry, having served as Head Brewer at Ballast Point Brewing Company from November 1996 to November 2015. Yuseff Cherney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from UC San Diego.
