Kelly Graham has extensive work experience in the conference services industry. Kelly started their career in 1999 as a Conference Coordinator at The Friday Center and then moved on to become a Senior Conference Coordinator at UAI Technology, Inc. Kelly worked there from November 1999 to June 2005. In 2008, they joined University Conference Services as a Senior Conference Coordinator, where they organized and executed executive education conferences attracting a national audience of 200-500 executives each. In October 2014, they were promoted to Vice President & Director and held this role until June 2020. Most recently, they became the Director of Marketing at Cutting Edge Information, starting in August 2018.

Kelly Graham obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying there from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, in January 2012, Kelly obtained a certification as a Certified Meeting Professional from the Convention Industry Council.
